The second weapon added to the arsenal is the Destreza Prime. The Destreza in general has never been a personal favorite due to its limited range, but the Prime version is slowly making me a believer as it can rip right through armor like it’s nothing. This is unlike most melee weapons available, with the Endura being the one exception, as it’s a rapier that’s held in one hand and strikes forward, at least when not sliding. Oddly enough, the Prime version is nearly 10% slower than the standard Destreza, and damages 20% less in Puncture. Fortunately, everything else is boosted, with a higher critical chance and multiplier, along with the remaining attack values raising ever so slightly, and the status effect chance up over 3x what it originally was. It’s definitely a solid critical-centric weapon, and with the boost of status it should help it go further, but really, it’s nowhere near the level of weapons such as the Atterax which have a much wider spread of damage, which can bring entire rooms to their knees. At least it’s more versatile than say the Kronen Prime that came with the last Prime update, and it still holds up as a pretty good melee weapon.

MMORPG-focused website MMOBomb is holding a popularity contest named " Ultimate F2P Showdown " between its readers to decide what's their favorite Free to Play MMO and Nexon's Mabinogi reached the semi-finals, pitched against Digital Extremes' Warfr

Warframe is getting its first fat frame. In the previous matchup, AirMech faced Warframe and we unfortunately lost. I noticed many of our players seemed torn between choosing AirMech or Warframe, plus as I know the devs at Digital Extremes (old friends and independent developers themselves) I felt like the most honorable thing to do would be to cheer them on in the next round. I'd never heard of the other game, and never saw it mentioned. I figure why not support some friends, as I heard the other game was offering rewards, and participation is great. I think that companies rewarding their players for voting is perfectly fine. Obviously you're going to support the game you play, so no harm there. If anyone resorts to botting votes, now that is a serious violation and I hope it hasn't happened. I didn't see anything official from Nexon about AirMech and that being the reason they tried so hard (though in the end failed) to win the vote. I'm flattered the players think that our admittedly small community had such a massive influence on the vote in order to justify involving all their games. AirMech is a team of 9 indie developers just building a game we love, and supporting a community we love. We even provided links showing how many potential votes AirMech contributed, but that apparently was ignored. The real winner here is MMOBomb of course. Brilliant move on their part to have this contest, as they have even tricked Nexon into driving them a massive amount of traffic! You can't buy that kind of interest, so really well done there. Warframe also wins, because now all those Nexon players know about [https://warframebase.com Warframe Dlc|Https://Warframebase.Com/]. Even AirMech wins--we've had a ton of signups originating from Nexon forums over the past few days. That wasn't intentional, but I'm happy they now know about AirMech and are playing our game. In fact all the games in this contest are winners, especially the smaller ones that could use some exposure. Of the colossal roster, Zephyr has been one of the least popular and least sought after Warframes. Granted, there have been far less appealing Frames in the past, such as Hydroid and Limbo, but Digital Extremes continues to rebalance characters so they better fit into specialized areas of the content, and that’s exactly what has happened with Zephyr. Almost two months ago, Zephyr received a rework that combined two of her abilities and an additional one in its place. It was something that Warframe needed, especially considering her capabilities were less than appealing. With her rebalance, the developers have released a Primed version of Zephyr and with it comes a slightly altered appearance and enhanced stats.

Overall, Zephyr is a balanced Warframe and much better thanks to the adjustments made a couple of months ago. Her Prime release only helps ensure that she isn’t a burden on anyone’s party, and if anything a welcome inclusion. Her first ability isn’t the best for your traditional missions, but she comes with everything you’d hope to see, making her adaptable in most game modes. Really, the only thing Zephyr is missing is party buffs, but she’s more of an attack character anyways. She still may not by my favorite Frame to run with, but her mobility is a blessing in areas such as of Plains of Eidolon.

Warframe is a game that keeps evolving, constantly adding new missions and weapons into the game. Some of the weapons are as unique as Halo's Needler, further adding to the difficulty of choosing a weapon to upgrade. With the vast array of unique weapons this game has, it can be hard to keep track of what is good or da

Even if these pistols aren't the greatest, they are certainly one of the best in their archetype. The Aksomati Prime has better critical stats, yet their lower base damage and status chance lead to weaker Slash and Heat procs. You could farm the Tenet Diplos instead , but those weapons have a strange alt-fire while aiming that could deter some fans of this archetype. If you just want to fill a target with holes, you'll love the Kuva Twin Stub

Microtransactions have been an increasingly touchy subject for gamers in the last few years, especially since Star Wars Battlefront 2 found itself in the spotlight after DICE pushed consumers too far. Game developers have been hard-pressed to find innovative ways to increase revenue earned from titles, but today's story is something else entirely: the developer of Warframe removed a microtransaction because it proved too successful. Another month means another round of freebies for PlayStation Plus subscribers. January in particular signals a new year for PlayStation owners, and Sony is kicking things off with a handful of games that may or may not excite them. The latest batch of free PlayStation Plus games will be available from January 1, 2019 to February 5, 2019 and it consists of Steep , Portal Knight , Zone of the Enders HD Collection, Amplitude , Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion , and Super Mutant Alien Assau

Known by some as the "dubba Stubbas," the Kuva Twin Stubbas is a textbook example of what a bullet hose secondary looks like. They have a moderate fire rate of 10, great status chance, solid critical stats, and good base damage for an archetype that fires dozens of bullets a sec

In an interview belonging to the Noclip documentary series by Daniel O'Dwyer, Digital Extremes Studio Manager Sheldon Carter detailed an unexpected result that occurred when the developer introduced a small microtransaction for Kubrows, an in-game virtual pet. The studio had implemented what Carter defines as a "slot machine lever" that allowed gamers - for the price of about $0.67 - to randomize the fur pattern and fur color of their pet Kubrow. While it was only a cosmetic feature, the idea of putting something so random behind a paygate drew the ire of many of the game's fans.
