I can imagine the development process behind Far Cry New Dawn . Ubisoft developers, project designers, and executives crowded around a conference room, pouring over the reviews of Far Cry 5 , looking at the shortfalls and critiques and meticulously planning on how to improve the sequel--where to experiment on in the franchise. While the gambles they made with Far Cry New Dawn were mainly an across the board success, the experience feels lackluster, repetitive, and hollow in a usually engaging ser

Namely, Peru and Bolivia share a border. This is important because another Ubisoft title, Ghost Recon Wildlands , which has already explored similar themes. Furthermore, it's a known fact that the Bolivian government wasn't happy with Ubisoft , so the gaming company could be looking for something a little less controvers

And that's really a shame, because in so many ways Far Cry New Dawn is a better experience than any Far Cry game that came before it. I mentioned it within our preview of the game , but the title's pivot to more RPG elements drive home the experience. Being able to upgrade the base in a way that substantially improves weapon quality and variety drives both motivation and purpose in what you do--as you liberate outposts and save allies, you feel like you are making an impact in the game (regardless of the sto

After all, Far Cry 5 didn't have a definition "exotic" location, it made a location exotic. Many were surprised when they learned it was Montana, but eventually, it was a clear choice. The cult of Joseph Seed took a seemingly common and okay location and molded it into Ubisoft's formula, and so Far Cry 6 should mimic this. In other words, instead of choosing something incredibly exotic, a real-world location with a twist is all it really ne

Until we get an official confirmation from Ubisoft, it's hard to gauge what to expect from the next Far Cry game. At the very least we know that the project exists from outside sources, so the anticipation is certainly there. Incorporating elements from one of the more divisive Far Cry 6 Walkthrough|Https://Farcry6Zone.Com/ Cry games so far could serve to aid the next game in the ser

The Far Cry series loves to write entertaining villains. They don’t seem to be lacking in that department. What they do need to work on, however, are their protagonists. A villain is only as good as its hero counterp

Recently, Ubisoft confirmed that it will have 5 triple-A releases by March 2021. Three of these are games that have been previously delayed, namely Watch Dogs: Legion, Rainbow Six Quarantine , and Gods and Monsters , whereas the other two all are but officially confirmed to be the viking-focused Assassin's Creed Ragnarok and the now-leaked Far Cry

Ubisoft has been criticized in the past for having some pretty dumb AI in both the Far Cry and Assassin’s Creed series. Far Cry 6 needs to have smarter AI that is absolutely relentless in combat and stealth. One thing that takes immersion away is how enemies will only go for the alarm when they catch you, even if they know you’ve killed so many of their friends already. If they spot a dead body, they should immediately go for the alarm. In addition to this, the AI should adapt to the player’s actions and strategies. If they keep swarming the same spot and you’re mowing them down, perhaps they would eventually realize they need a new appro

However, if for that reason alone, that's a point against in Far Cry 6 . Workarounds for this would be simple enough, though, by either setting the game in the near future or the past. It still doesn't seem too likely, but exploring a political regime isn't really after the question. Watch Dogs: Legion is inspired by Brexit , after all, so it remains to be seen if this is a developing theme for Ubis

If the next entry in the franchise isn't keen to return to the United States, Peru and its jungles are another good option. Not only would the natural environment be more of a throwback for the franchise, but the focus on drugs and the cocaine industry in Peru would also be fitting for the franchise. Far Cry 6 could even be mostly based in cocaine valley, but there's one big determining factor that likely means this won't be the c

Now the question remains: can this leak be trusted? Like any leak that comes from 4chan, we advise those looking forward to a possible Far Cry 6 to take this information with a massive grain of salt. However, since accurate leaks have come from the site in the past, including leaks about Ubisoft titles, it shouldn't be disregarded entir

Another region that is more realistic and in high demand is Australia . There's the old adage that "everything in Australia wants to kill you," which would make a ton of sense for Far Cry 6 . Whether it's the wildlife like cassowaries, snakes, crocodiles, and sharks or the intense weather like droughts, storms, and bushfires, there's a lot that can be said about the environment of Australia playing a huge role in the g
